- What? Cats! Added 2018-04-01★ ★ ★ ★ ★Fun & unique experience! My cousin and I were travelling across Canada and for one of our night-time-rest-stops we stumbled upon this park. Once we found out they had Yurts (and then looked what a Yurt was) we HAD to try it out and were very pleasantly surprised! The Yurt was spacious, more than enough room for a family or for 3-5 friends to stay comfortably. Please note: There is absolutely NO cell phone service. But, there is FREE WOOD for your campfire! Bathrooms/showers were clean, and had lots of toilet paper. Plenty of access to drinking water as well. Last, but not least, I lost my (sentimentally valuable) necklace and the park contacted us and made sure it got back to me. I am definitely going to come back to this park and stay in one of their cozy Yurts again as soon as I can! Highly recommend.
